## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are all the pieces H-shaped or irregularly cut? Did Eurographics recently change the cut and all pieces have the same shape?**
A: We have both H-Shaped and irregular cut puzzles for the same puzzle. We do not always know what cut is out there as we do not keep two different inventories. By next year(2021) most of our puzzles, if not all, will be irregular cut.

Like I said buy u.s.a. puzzles only! Research and make sure it is American made. I have just took the puzzles I have seen and have been burned with cheap Chinese! puzzles with missing pieces terrible cut made with cheap materials. Waste of time and money.

Good to great quality. Pieces feel firm and fit together very well. All pieces were included and there were no extras. The shade is a little darker than what's shown on the box - you will need good lighting. About 5 - 7 pieces were lightly scuffed or still partially attached at the corner, but the overall quality is still good enough for framing. This is a challenging puzzle and a good value for the price.
