## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can it be placed vertical vs horizontal?**
A: It depends on the shape and size of the window.  I put mine in vertically, but my window is the horizontal sliding kind.  If you have vertical sliding windows, they would have to open taller than the fan and you'd need to seal the open area on your own using a tarp or duct tape or wood boards or something.

**Q: Is it worth $79.00?**
A: Honestly, it’s not worth the $79.00.  The space blocks for the side fitting did not measure up to my window although it comes with 3 different sizes.  I had to use my own filler to cover the space.  The vent window is non-movable so the air goes one direction only.  The noise - is ok but note, it’s not quiet.    The electric cord sits in the middle which makes it hard to sit flush on the window.  Positive detail - it’s a good looking fan but it’s not worth the price.

**Q: Can I place it on the top window?**
A: I would think not.
