It is NOT made from Spandex as sportswear typically is (and as is described on their page) but from polyurethane which is NOT a breathable material. This should be immediately pulled from Amazon. It is dangerous to wear this type of clothing as it increases your body temperature while preventing you from being able to cool down. I Typically wear between a large or extra large but for this shirt I ordered it in 2xl. The shirt is tight on me but not overbearing. As I lose weight i am expecting it to look better. It feels comfortable and when I lift my arms the shirt doesn't go up the same. I think a 3xl would fit me better in my current shape but I am not complaining. I highly recommend these shirts.
