Whatever oil it is, I hope it's Maracuja, works Ok for my face without any adverse reaction, I even applied it close to my eyes (lower lid), being careful not to get it in the eye. It is moisturizing, though more for the hands. On the face it mostly sits on top of the skin, but on my hands it is absorbed better.It is true, I mix 1-2 drops with a little hand cream, and in this way it works much better. I don't have special dry hands, still after washing dishes and other chores, I need some cream especially in winter. Honestly I bought this oil, as it is half the price of Tarte's oil.
