Read our user’s guide from World and European Champion and our brand’s owner Oleksiy TOROKHTIY We recommend using wrist wraps weightlifting during all variations of Snatches, Deadlifts, and Clean Pulls. We do not recommend to use the straps for wrist support in any variants of cleans if you have bad mobility/flexibility in wrists and elbows. HOW TO USE: Here's the wrist-strap guide you need to read before you begin. Start by sliding your hands through the loop, the strap is down your palm (printed side up in order not to ruin the paint).
