I've just turned the one I'm regularly using for my cologne so that the spray went straight up and then straight down, and neither time was there a leak. A few random microscopic drops of spray might have 'bounced back' onto the spray head since I was holding it close to my body parts (wrist and upper chest), but I couldn't see much evidence of it and there was definitely no dripping. They feel very high quality and the frosted look is beautiful. The screw on spray tops are much less fantastic. They are extremely cheap and out of the box two of mine were broken and would not spray.
