A: It is pure cocoa powder; one of the best in the world! And there is no sweetener so you can add your own.

A: This is the best baking cocoa out there. It’s very versatile, so I sure you can certainly use it for your cake.

**Q: Is this black cocoa powder?**
A: It is a Dutch Cocoa Powder.  It is wonderful in cookies.  This powder is very high quality.   A dutch cocoa powder is washed with a potassium carbonate solution that neutralizes cocoa's acidity to a pH of 7.

**Q: How much caffeine is in one cup?  Thanks!**
A: This is unsweetened baking cocoa, not hot chocolate mix. But cocoa does have a good bit of caffeine in it.
