I am not a "fan of horse-size pills" myself. I can take this pill with no problem. Hope this helps. **Q: I won't buy a product without seeing an ingredient list and amount on the bottle. Sleep, oxygen transport, iron absorption, energy, maintain hair color, to name a few. Sleep is the biggest thing. don't be afraid to take however high of a dose you need. Selenium is good for sleep as well.
