I struggled with this wok. Massively. In spite of all its rave reviews, I find it relatively useless on an induction stove. It’s definitely not a ‘wash and use’ as advertised. There’s significant seasoning to be done beforehand, and even so, food still sticks. And this is not all.. - the blue patina is pointless as it does not last beyond the first use, leaving the wok patchy looking after - rust buildup is persistent no matter how well I pre-treat, clean and dry it properly - the handle is not ergonomically designed for easy handling of such a large cookware. It is extremely difficult to get a proper grip due to its width and very high tilt - it does not work well on induction as food does not cook properly on it. It leaves my food with a very strange and unpleasant metallic aftertaste - it is heavy and I am unable to do any wok toss; it’s also because of the odd angle and height of the handle as mentioned Picture shows its state after less than 10 uses. I put this in the recycling bin as soon as my new 32cm Scanpan arrived.
