How about you guys?** A: Cramps yes, extreme, not so much. Usually the cramps means it time for a trip to the bathroom, they subside after that. If itried to wait though the cramps would probably get worse. **Q: Why are there a thousand inactive ingredients? every one of them is a risk of gluten cross contamination for me. anyone with celiack ok with these?** A: This product caused me a celiac crisis. My digestive track seized-up after taking two and I ended up in the ER. I ended up in surgery only to find out there was no physical blockage only a chemical one. I would try something else. **Q: Will this make me shart?** A: Yes. To some degree. You can feel it churning your stomach moving toward an exit. Drink coffee, or water. **Q: This one, is very strong. the blue box of ducolax is more tolerable. right?** A: The blue box is the stool softener, so it doesn’t usually cause the discomfort that the normal Dulcolax stimulant laxative will. If you want a gentler laxative, try the pink Dulcolax.
