This review is for the orange guava flavor. I'd like to mix it with a bit more water than necessary and then add some ice. It makes for such a refreshing drink that isn't overly sweetened. It's just right. And if that weren't enough to make you happy, how about some tryptophan, Valerian, chamomile, lemon balm, and jujube? Ten little calories never tasted so good and so calming. All of these ingredients as well as the added magnesium, make for some peaceful good vibes. I take it about an hour before getting ready to go to sleep and feel better with every sip. I don't know whether it's because the taste is so good and I'm enjoying it in that way, or it's the result of all of the lovely supplemental ingredients. All I know is that it works for me. If you have a lot of stress in your life, or have trouble sleeping, this might be a good option for you. It suggested that you not exceed two packets in any 24-hour time frame, but you can take one during the day if you're having a really hard time with stress.
