Review: Best toddler water bottle - Got this for my 1 year old for water on the go and it's great! Love that it's stainless steel with a Silicone straw to be non toxic! Cleans well in the dishwasher. Keeps drinks cold. Easy for them to drink out of no bit valve. Does leak alittle if you hold it upside down but overall it's great for the money and her needs! Review: Great for kids at school - Great stainless bottle for school. We purchased another 2 yesrs ago and it has held up great too. Keeps their drinks cold and easy for them to drink and open/close it. Have dishwashed this one several times already and the one from 2 years ago too without issue. The design does start to chip, but my kids aren't careful or gentle with them either. Fits in their carseat cup holder and back back side pocket. Great bottle for the price. Straw is thick and good quality too. ## Features - Stays cold: Thermos stainless steel water bottles for kids keep drinks cold for up to 12 hours with our vacuum insulation technology; our kids water bottles are built so drinks are as cool on the inside as they look on the outside; not for hot liquids - Kid-friendly design: This reusable stainless steel kids water bottle is lightweight and compact, with a push-button lid that makes it easy to carry and open; includes an integrated carry handle feature with a soft touch grip - Daily durability: Our leak proof when closed water bottles for school & everyday use are made with high-quality 18/8 stainless steel construction to handle drops, dings and provide durability & reliability; comes in a variety of fun colors and patterns - Easy care and cleaning: Hygienically covered pop-up straw that’s also removable for easy cleaning; Thermos kids water bottle is dishwasher safe and BPA-free, though washing by hand is recommended - Protect what you love: With 120 years of heritage, Thermos Brand food and beverage containers keep things fresh, sealed and protected; trusted since 1904 because our products help make everyday life a little better, every time ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08VFGRB7J | | Additional Features | Cold 12 Hours, Double Wall, Vacuum Insulated | | Age Range (Description) | Kid | | Age Range Description | Kid | | Base Diameter | 2.7 inches | | Best Sellers Rank | #59 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #4 in Insulated Bottles | | Brand | THERMOS | | Brand Name | THERMOS | | Cap Type | Flip Top Cap | | Capacity | 12 ounces | | Color | Blue/Green | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 48,552 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00041205751809 | | Included Components | kids water bottle | | Item Dimensions W x H | 3.1"W x 6.9"H | | Item Type Name | insulated-beverage-bottles | | Item Weight | 8 ounces | | Manufacturer | THERMOS | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Limited 5 year manufacturer | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Model Name | FUNTAINER 12 Ounce Bottle | | Number of Items | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Top Rack Dishwasher Safe | | Recommended Uses For Product | Water | | Special Feature | Cold 12 Hours, Double Wall , Vacuum Insulated | | Theme | Solid | | UPC | 041205751809 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** THERMOS - **Capacity:** 12 ounces - **Color:** Blue/Green - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Water - **Special Feature:** Cold 12 Hours, Double Wall, Vacuum Insulated ## Images ![FUNTAINER Water Bottle with Straw, 12oz, Blue/Green - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51uAfHRIddL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best toddler water bottle *by N***B on September 18, 2026* Got this for my 1 year old for water on the go and it's great! I take care of my grandson in the mornings while his parents work. This water bottle is exactly what I needed. It's small enough to fit in my lunch tote/purse so I can always have his water bottle on hand to keep him hydrated. I love that this water bottle is leakproof. The last water bottle I tried for my grandson leaked all over my front passenger seat. With this water bottle, I can carry it in my purse and not worry about leaked water ruining the items in my purse. I also like the straw, which makes it easy for my grandson to drink. I would say that the angle of the straw is a bit low and so I do make a point of being careful to not accidentally hitting my grandson's chin with the bottle when I am offering him a drink from the bottle. Unlike some other water bottles with a straw that are hard to clean, the way the straw is implemented in this Funtainer water bottle makes it easy to clean. And it's dishwasher safe! As a one year old, my grandson loves to throw things to the ground. I've had other Thermos water bottles for myself with a plastic lid that would break should I accidentally drop the water bottle. This Funtainer water bottle's lid seems to be better quality as it has survived being thrown to floor from the high chair and to the asphalt from the car seat. Although the cap and straw are made of plastic, I was willing to pay more for the fact that the bottle itself is stainless steel. I do try to avoid using plastic as much as reasonable. I love this water bottle for my grandson so much, I am getting him another one. I am thinking he can use these water bottles for years to come! ## Frequently Bought Together - THERMOS FUNTAINER Water Bottle with Straw - 12 Ounce - Kids Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Water Bottle with Lid, Blue/Green - THERMOS FUNTAINER 12 Ounce Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Kids Straw Bottle, Blue - THERMOS FUNTAINER Water Bottle with Straw - 12 Ounce - Kids Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Water Bottle with Lid, Pink --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/311602233-funtainer-water-bottle-with-straw-12oz-blue-green](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/311602233-funtainer-water-bottle-with-straw-12oz-blue-green) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
