It is sturdy but lightweight. The handles make it easy to use. Easy cleanup, too. The pan is more sturdy than I expected and the handles make it easy to lift/grab. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ non-magnetic *by K***A on November 21, 2022* A magnet will not stick to this pan bcz it apparently has nickel in it. This is a problem for some, no problem for others. A higher nickel content makes a pan more rustproof, this is a plus for some and equates to high quality. However, there are sources that claim nickel will leach into food from stainless steel during the cooking process and that this is unhealthy, stating nickel is more toxic than mercury. Other sources say it cannot be determined how much, if any nickel leaches into the food during cooking. And then others say as long as you're not allergic to nickel it doesn't matter. So honestly, I have no idea what to rate this pan. Plenty of info out there if you care to research it but I find it conflicting and confusing....like just about anything and everything on the internet.
