Review: Some assembly required....but amazing! - I had purchased the whole system when it was originally introduced. The system came with a step (the Fanny Lifter), and a weighted bar (the Sculpting stick). Now, I was never in better shape in all the 45 years I've been alive than when I was doing this system, but time marches on and bits and pieces of this system were lost or broken. Upon discovering the DVDs were available on desertcart I purchased all 3, and to make up for my lost fanny lifter, and sculpting stick I bought a set of 3 lb free weights, a basic workout step, and a weighted bar. It works perfectly! I am so happy. If you stick with this program you'll feel great!

I had purchased the whole system when it was originally introduced. The system came with a step (the Fanny Lifter), and a weighted bar (the Sculpting stick). Now, I was never in better shape in all the 45 years I've been alive than when I was doing this system, but time marches on and bits and pieces of this system were lost or broken. Upon discovering the DVDs were available on Amazon I purchased all 3, and to make up for my lost fanny lifter, and sculpting stick I bought a set of 3 lb free weights, a basic workout step, and a weighted bar. It works perfectly! I am so happy. If you stick with this program you'll feel great!
