It is so much fun, had a lot of variety and I obviously loved/love it since i went and got it for myself after using a friends. Shaun t is the BEST, I'm such a fun. At least for me and my friends that have tried his DVD we are convinced he knows the secret to a rocking beach body! It's so much fun because it's not only high intensity but it's sports related to you forget you're working out and get in the mind set of "winning against the other team" so awesome! ### ⭐⭐ Beachbody Promos Galore *by L***F on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 6, 2016* I looked through all of the DVDs. I seems like there are about 10 different exercises that are altered with progressions and done in different sequences to create variety. It may be a good routine. What I really disliked was that you could not get to a routine without passing BeachBody promos. This product is primarily intended to get you to sign up for the On Demand version. I might understand this if the product cost $40. Even going from one segment of routine to another or to check out the demos on the exercises - the promos continued. I contacted BeachBody to see what could be done to just have exercises on the DVDs or if there was a way to easily skip through the promo. They said no and that this was intentional so you would be aware of everything BeachBody had to offer. They highly recommended I switch to the On Demand version and said it was a totally superior product. I did not use jump rope, ladder or chin-up bar. ### ⭐ DVDs are great, challenging and engaging-- less boring than insanity *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on October 16, 2014* DVDs are great, challenging and engaging-- less boring than insanity. Ladder is great fun with kids-- play follow the leader and wear em out. Pull up bar is crap! I can't use it as it would ruin the trim of the doorway, has already marred it significantly with 5 pullups. Uses drywall screws to install brackets. Instructions say space bracket 13 inches apart. More like 13.25 inches. 13 inches wont work at all. Maybe the high end of 13 inches with only 2 significant figures... content was lost in translation from Chinese. Super irritating. I've used drywall screws quite successfully before, so I have some credibility. Instructions say to drill a 1/4" pilot hole for drywall screws. Standard stuff. 1/4" was too big though! The crappy plastic anchors they included do not have a lip, get pushed right on through the drywall. Now I have to go to lowes to get dry wall repair and paint, and still do not have a working pull up bar. GARBAGE. COSTING ME EXTRA MONEY AND TIME. I would pay the cost of this crap again just to not repair the damage.
