WET. Putting it on dry hair will rip your hair out. **Q: Do I use this on dry hair?** A: Use it before shampooing on wet hair. **Q: Is this product vegan and cruelty free?** A: I haven’t heard them complain **Q: Does the apple cider vinegra burn your scalp?** A: I have a few spots that are raw on my scalp but this stuff didn't burn any. This stuff is great. I put it in my wet hair and gently scrub then leave it on for 5 to 10 min then wash it out.
