I checked all buckles/straps which are intact, no threads loose. The shoulder strap is adjustable. I was able to put two 2inch binders and a bunch of composition notebooks. Theres still space for additional folders. I could probably have makeup and snacks down in there too. Its quite spacious/sturdy and would be ideal for middle/high school and college. No odor until I smell it with my nose literally on it. Its leather or the like so of course. Worth it!
