## Description

The 6390RDS holster is specifically designed for firearms with red dot sights mounted to them. This open-top holster features the Automatic Locking System (ALS), an internal locking device that retains the weapon in all directions with no straps or snaps to manipulate. Once the weapon is holstered, it locks into place. The holster is completely operable with the thumb and once the ALS is deactivated a simple straight-up draw is used. Features a mid-ride belt loop that is rides close to the body. Safariland cannot guarantee that RDS holsters will be compatible with non-factory (Glock MOS, M&P CORE, etc.) mounted red dots. Numerous variables including depth of RDS into slide, use of dovetail, placement on slide, etc. Can all affect the fit of the holster.

This fit my Staccato P with TLR1 and RDS. The fit out of the bag wasn’t perfect but that’s nothing new with Safariland holsters. It took a little loosening up and about 50-75 reps in and out but now it seats like it should and there is no wear on the weapon.

### ⭐ For a staccato, just not really for a staccat.

the holster is for a Glock 17 with a X300u and the ALS bar is modified for a staccato. the light hits the back of the holster and straight out of box a staccato will not fit in it. at all. you can get the gun in but it wont come out with the retention screw unscrewed completely. i dremeled the back end of the holster to allow the light to fit in and that "fixed" the fitment issue but now it wont lock in at all. which makes sense since the light is what the holster usually clings to for the fitment. i would just avoid this holster completely and get a 6354RDSO-2582-701-MS19 holster. thats the whole SKU. this one blows. i was able to get this one working but for the money the fitment sucks. ive already had to return two holsters to amazon each one taking about a month to refund. just do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on safarilands website or a actual dealer.
