I used rubbing alcohol to remove excess around edge. **Q: Will sweat wear away at this?** A: With my experience it hasn't unless it's a lot, but as long as you Pat at it to make it sticky before applying anything, you should be good! If you don't tap it until it gets sticky it will not stick. Using it as a substitute for silicone gum given by the prosthetic manufacturer as it was prohibitively costly.
