I never had a flea or tick problem with my dog (used this for about a year), but I have decided not to get this product any more. After talking with the vet, I found out that this only kills the fleas/ticks if they bite. I'm going to use a different brand that repels and kills before they bite. Its more expensive, but I worry about him getting sick from a tick bite.
