Review: Best tape in tape replacements I’ve bought on desertcart - I’m new at doing tape in hair extensions and have only done it about 4 times with the help of a friend and these are by far the best tapes I’ve used off of desertcart! They last me 6 weeks, washing about 2/3 times a week with a clarifying shampoo. While other brands I’ve got turn gummy and start separating and pulling within the first wash, not these. These definitely could last longer than 6 weeks but that’s as long as I can leave them comfortably with the amount of grow out I have in that time frame. They are a bit difficult to remove but with an oil based remover I ordered on here and some patience they come out just fine. I’m blonde, so them being clear is perfect! They also aren’t expensive. When removing the old tape from the extension tab after use I just dip it in baking soda and the old tabs peel right off making it easy to clean for reinstall. I love these and won’t be using any other tape ins.
