Works great with any regular sized iPad and the mini as well. Not so compatible with big iPad Pro. The rubber component in which you place the tablet keeps a surprisingly solid grip on device. I was skeptical when first ordering due to some reviews regarding how light the stand was. It is extremely light, there is no doubt about that. However it does not hinder the stands ability to hold iPad in a secure manner. Really good stand and highly recommended.
