**Q: The inner inside bolt holes are smaller than the outer holes. What do you recommend? I can get the back plastic bolts screwed only so far ... drill??**
A: Not sure what is meant by inner and outer bolts.  However, all bolts/screws should be stainless steel.  Plastic would never hold and would be a danger for collapse.  Be or qc is terrible

**Q: How thick is the base plate that slides under the tub?  The description says both .2 cm and .24" .  Which is it?**
A: Mine measures 0.24 inches and seems very sturdy.

**Q: how was the delivery time?**
A: Delivery was excellent

**Q: if my spa is half in ground will this work**
A: The base needs to slide under the spa. So it will work if you have room to slide it under. I was able to do it with the spa full by using a handtruck to lift the spa slightly.
