Will it "work", sure, but it may damage the board you're working on. This kind of flux is acid based, it's meant for pipe fitting, not for electronics. The same goes for stained glass, the acids won't damage it. It says so in its description "ideal for use with 95/5 and other common solders." In electronics soldering, leaded solder is preferred. It flows a lot easier, and a long as you don't eat it you won't be poisoned. **Q: Is this an acid flux? thank you.** A: I Believe do.
