I’m writing this review after I’ve finished the entire bottle taking one capful a day right before my workout early in the morning on an empty stomach. I know there’s a lot of different opinions on how or when to take this but I chose morning-empty stomach and I have to say I really liked it. Looking at the data, I can say my workouts were better this month than last, probably because of the energy I got. I haven’t lost any weight but that’s expected as it takes a while and you’re only likely to lose a few pounds from what I’ve read. For me, I felt that this did somehow make me feel leaner if that makes any sense. About two weeks into taking it consistently every day I started to wake up just feeling leaner. For reference I workout 5 days heavy lifting and then hiit session then walk for an hour and I never felt tired while taking this. I ordered my second bottle and plan to continue. I should point out the bad part but please keep in mind that not everyone experiences this, I just happen to be one of the unlucky ones and that’s the fact that this stuff definitely, without a doubt makes me smell fishy. I read a lot on this and while it typically happens when people take the higher dose, it’s happening for me at 1.5 a day. Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TikTok Made Me Try It – Now I’m Hooked! - I came across this product thanks to TikTok, and I have to say—it absolutely lives up to the hype. From the very first try, I was impressed. The flavor is bold and delicious, and it stands out compared to other supplements I’ve tried. One thing I really appreciate is that it’s long-lasting—you can feel the effects well after taking it. There is a slight bitter kick at first, but honestly, I enjoy it. It gives the supplement a strong, energizing feel, and it’s clear you’re getting something potent. Pros: – Amazing, bold flavor – Effects last a long time – Slight bitterness adds character – Lives up to social media buzz Cons: – Slightly bitter on the first taste (which I personally liked) Overall: If you’ve been seeing this product all over TikTok and wondering if it’s worth it—the answer is yes. It’s flavorful, effective, and definitely earned a spot in my daily routine. ## Features - Stimulant Free Energy Booster: Elevate your workouts with ProSupps L-Carnitine 1500 Liquid Shots.
