While I have not tested how it does through a wash yet, I'm writing my review for the first test. I used it as a liner alone, no curtain and had it inside the tub while showering.I did notice water had sprayed through but only enough to cover the rim of my tub. Of course it could eventually leak down the side to end up on the floor, but I did not experience this within a fifteen minute shower. The curtain didn't blow in towards me as some of the lighter weight ones tend to do.Overall, if you can overlook the wet tub rim, it's a great value for a washable liner with a great selection of colors.
