Review: Great Product and Excellent Customer Support - I purchased the Hocanflo 700W Sewerage Pump Macerator in November 2023 and fitted it shortly afterwards. It worked brilliantly from the start, handling waste from the toilet, sink, and shower with ease. The pump is powerful, efficient, and surprisingly quiet for a unit of this capacity. Unfortunately, after a year and a few months of reliable performance, the pump failed. I reached out to customer support, and they were fantastic. They gave me a few troubleshooting steps to try and asked for a video of the fault. After I sent the video, they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent out with no hassle at all. I was really impressed with how smoothly they handled the issue. With the new unit up and running, everything is back to normal, and I couldn’t be happier. Knowing that the support team is responsive and helpful gives me confidence in the product. I’ll definitely be ordering another one when I do the extension. When it was ‘working’ it’s very noisy. Not even three months worth of use. ## Frequently Bought Together - Hocanflo 700W Sewerage Pump Macerator Toilet Waste Water Pump for Toilet Sink Basin Shower Bathtub - iBathUK Modern Bathroom Slimline Close Coupled Comfort Height D Shaped Pan Toilet with Cistern Short Seat WC Push Button Flush White - Sleek - Hapilife Basin Mixer Taps with Pop Up Waste Slotted Bathroom Sink Tap Mixers Washroom Cloakroom Taps Single Lever Chrome Stainless Steel with G1/2 Hoses Round 1 Hole --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/303184841-700w-macerator-pump-self-cleaning-9m-lift-200l-min-4](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/303184841-700w-macerator-pump-self-cleaning-9m-lift-200l-min-4) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
