Also, it had to be bolted to the wood steps as we could not mount a wall rail. PERFECT!!! 10 stars. Simple clear directions for assembly. A few notes on the install to pass on. The large hex head bolts going into the floor are best installed with pre-drilled holes, so a drill is a must. Then I recommend a socket set to screw the bolts into the wood floor or concrete if mounted outside. They do give you the parts for outside concrete mounting as well but I did not need them. I did have another person helping as I assembled it and then started screwing it together. Can be done alone, but a second set of hands was helpful. There are some self taping screws the assembly that work great but again a drill is a must. Very sturdy, well made and highly recommend if this style had rail is what you are after. Review: Excellent - I skeptical how it would look in our yard, but am so happy with it. Looks nice and is sturdy. ## Features - π—–π—’π— π—£π—”π—§π—œπ—•π—œπ—Ÿπ—œπ—§π—¬, π—Ÿπ—˜π—— π—ͺπ—œπ—§π—› π—•π—˜π—‘π—˜π—™π—œπ—§: This stair handrail kit gives seniors and anyone using steps a secure grip in rain, snow, or everyday use. Since it is powder coated, there is some control over the temperature. **Q: What tools do I need to install this handrail?** A: You will need a Hand-held power tool like a drill with a screwdriver bit set and, at times hack saw if cutting is required. **Q: What size is the drill bit, and what are the dimensions of the concrete anchors in terms of length and diameter?** A: The Drill Bit is 8mm or 5/16. Anchor is 3” long. Both the drill bit and anchor have the same diameter. **Q: Can this handrail be painted or stained to match my decor?** A: Yes, in a way it would add another layer of protection, however, the reason our finishing is powder coated black is it is resistant to flaking, chipping, scratches, and color deterioration. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend and read my posting. *by R***E on July 21, 2026* My brother has Parkinsons and had no hand rail to go 6 steps downstairs in his house.
