I so loved it... its smell, the lather, etc. that it was easily worth the cost. Then, suddenly, my last bottle was different. The smell was not the same and the contents of the bottle was a lot more watery than before. So I wrote to the company.... assuming they had a bad batch or someone forgot to add some of the recipe. They were quick to respond and said they had removed some of the dangerous chemicals from the recipe, which resulted in the more watery product, and that they were working to resolve the problem. To my surprise, they offered to send me a free bottle as soon as they got the bugs worked out. I'm still waiting for the free bottle.... however, in the mean time, I noticed that the new formulation doesn't lather up as good as the old recipe..... which means it takes more product to get the necessary lather. Additionally, if they removed chemicals from the recipe - then it doesn't cost as much to produce the product..... yet the price has not gone down.
