The MIDSIZE-FIRM Tri-Core Cervical Pillow helps provide proper alignment of the spine. Our most requested fiber support pillow provides better support and lasts longer than traditional pillows. Review: Good - I took a long while musing over the non-conventional pillows available. I think it was worth it. I took to this one straight away, though I was a little concerned that it seems a bit low and, obviously, you use only one. However, it performs as described - it's comfortable and has removed what I now realized has been my problem of having too many pillows, forcing me to restrict my breathing when I move into uncomfortable positions. Having one pillow that retains its shape gives you a constant support all night, every night. The only downside would be that you might have to buy a large pillowcase for it, but so what?

A: According to the manufacturers information about this product there are (3) sizes to accommodate different sized sleepers. Most adults find the standard size to be appropriate. Smaller framed adults generally find the midsize appropriate. Adolescents and children generally find the petite size to be appropriate. The difference between standard support (firm) and gentle is subtle. The gentle support option contains less fiber, which slightly reduces the height and firmness of the pillow.

**Q: Any pillows for  back  disc problems support**

However, if you have disc issues it may be a good idea to consult with a chiropractor or physical therapist to ensure you are using the right product for your situation or condition. In addition if you have an older mattress, adding a new pillow to the mix may not have the desired effect. You should replace your mattress roughly every 8 years to ensure you are getting proper support and comfort.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great so far!

It's only been night one, but I'm already pretty impressed. A few years ago, while I was receiving chiropractic care for my back pain (among other issues), I purchased a cervical pillow for twice the amount of this one. I have been on a year-long search for a similar one as I no longer receive chiropractic care and those pillows are for patients only. I was not having luck, so decided to try other highly rated orthopedic pillows. They were all too high, too soft, or not ideal for side and belly sleepers. I sleep all ways, but most of the pillows are made for back sleeping. I finally came across this one, and decided to try it as it looked most similar to the one I got from the chiropractor clinic. I am so glad I've finally found a pillow that comfortably and firmly supports my neck while being able to sleep in any direction. It keeps my spine aligned while sleeping and does not elevate my head unnaturally. I did not wake up with the usual aches, and my arms did not fall asleep or become sore while I slept. I'm hoping this is truly the one!
