Review: Great guppies nursery - Great nursery for our newborns guppies. It’s a little smaller that I thought but fits ok in 5 gallons tank. I think its small for a female to give birth there. The holes on the bottom are bigger and one day old guppies fry can escape easily, but with a little bit of the ground stones went a great safe baby nursery.
Review: Measurements Matter - I tried this out for my guppies and it worked perfect!! The babies aren’t so small they can escape through the holes but it’s big enough for them to be in temporarily. Do make sure you understand the measurements though because the small box is pretty small! But no complaints I love mine!

This has worked perfectly for us! I did read reviews first. Lots of them and they are very accurate. The large is VERY SMALL. if you are using this to catch the babies when the mom is birthing them I would say this is only good for fish around the size of guppies, platties or mollies. It is extremely small. I woke up and saw babies in my tank and ordered this with same day delivery. I caught them and put them in here so the mom was never in here. I did put gravel in the bottom as suggested in one other review and I also put some java moss in to help them hide and feel safe. I'm very pleased with it. For me the size is perfect but if you have a larger fish and you're breeding on a regular basis this probably is not something you dont want to purchase. This is in my 65 Gallon tank. I gave it 4 stars because of size. I can't imagine what the small one looks like. To me I would consider this a small if I'm thinking about small, med and Lg sizes.
