**Q: Is it sweat proof?**

Thank you for your question. The shell of our fan is composed of silicone + ABS + PC, which can sweat proof, but the leafless movement is not waterproof, so it can't be washed or soaked, and it's better to avoid too much water. Using this neck fan can make you not so muggy, the temperature will drop, it will reduce sweating, even not sweating. I hope my answer is useful to you。

**Q: Is it really loud**
A: Feels good with normal wind sound, and not really noisy. Generally it's pretty good.

**Q: How do I turn it on?**
A: There's a little button on the outside part above one of the round fans.   Just push it.  There are 3 speeds.  You click the same button for all three.

**Q: It is fully charged, but when I take it out of the charger, the red light goes on and stays on all the time.  What does that mean ?**
A: A few questions before this one you said the light goes on when it's fully charged. Now you say it doesn't. Makes me not trust you sunflower.
