I like to use a face brush but have also used my hands and don’t think it makes a difference with end results, so for me the brush is just preference. Recently, I have had a ton of medical issues and have taken a lot of medications, so my skin has taken a hut. From breakouts, dry patches, oily patches and just looking dull. The scrub Nicky helped with the dull look, smoothed the dry patches and I do think it helped with the breakouts.
