It is fairly sturdy, can be wobbly from time to time but it does the job. My cats absolutely love it. I got it for them when they were kittens and they are now too big to be cuddling on it together but they still seem to make it work. They don’t use this as a scratching post, as they have another one but they use it as a bed. They have gotten more use out of this than any of their other beds.
