A specially designed inner support ring pocket helps to control and support the patella while it reduces pressure directly on the patella. Unique to the Genumedi are the anti-migration silicone beaded dots and Comfort Zones which combine to produce compliance enhancing performance. The Clima Fresh treatment helps ensure odor-free performance. The Genumedi Extra Wide features a combined size which provides one size larger upper portion for applications on patients with larger upper legs. The benefit of German textile engineering: The compressive fabric and silicone inserts have a massaging effect which promotes circulation and therefore assists with swelling.
