Why is it not working?** A: They ship the paper so the yellow copy won't get markings on it.Pull a set out and flip both the yellow and white page to the other side and keep the yellow on the bottom. You should continue to store the paper the way it was packed and "flip over" the pages when you're ready to use them. **Q: How do i put this in a top load printer?** A: I take 2 sheets from the top of the ream as a test and use a pen to apply pressure to one side or the other so I can see which side is front and back. Once I have that decided then I know which way the stack of paper is facing and how it needs to be placed in the printer to print. I also take a post-it and place it on the ream so I know for future which way is up.
