Review: Great adjustability and comfort. - I bought the 4-10 pound vest because it looked comfortable and easy to use and looked like the best value for the price. It is comfortable to wear if I just use it for exercising. If I use it for other stuff it strains my back probably because I tried bending and it put an uneven load on my body. But with walking it is just fine. It has adjustable straps to adjust the fit. I am using all of the weights so I am building up the number of steps I wear it during walking.
Review: Adds the extra edge to bring up my heart rate - Update 7.13.25 I am upping the stars to 5 as it's not their fault i have a hard time seeing the clips, that is just me. The vest does exactly what it is designed for. I wish I'd gotten the heavier one so I could use it to work my way up to a heavier weight. I underestimated how much I could put on at once, but I still get great benefit from this one. I bought this vest to "up" my walking game. I walk 10,000 steps a day with 1/2 hr of aerobics. However, I wanted to "up" my game in terms of aerobic benefit, and this had delivered nicely as it raises my heart rate without a lot of additional effort. I can very lightly jog in place to get just where I want to be. I got this also because I like the option to start lower and move up. It turns out though I didn't need that, but still I was glad to have it. In hindsight I wish I had gotten the heavier option to start with but, live and learn, this works for me now so I'll stick with it. The only thing I don't like about it so far is the clips are black both male and female parts so it makes it difficult for me visually when lining them up to click in place while angling the vest to reach them. This is just me though, I am sure. There is the chemical smell that others have mentioned but I expected it and it does seem to have lessened after a few days. In terms of "comfort", well, it doesn't chafe or cut into me so I it has enough padding, that's about all I can say. And if I don't wear a shirt it stays in place thanks to the rubber coating on the inside of the straps. I am very happy with it for now, I took a star off because of the smell and not being able to see easily to join the clips, but those are relatively minor problems in my opinion.

A: The length of the middle size is 16.1''.

A: Sand

**Q: Does the vest move when running?**
A: The vest moves minimally when running. I tend to run only 2 to 3 miles when wearing the vest. Occasionally, it might irritate my neck but that’s not often.

**Q: Machine washable?**
A: I do not machine wash mine. I actually spray mine off with a garden hose. Even when you take out all of the weights it’s still too heavy, in my opinion, to be washed in a washing machine.

I’ve been pleased with the ZELUS weighted vest. I started using it at 4 lbs and gradually worked my way up to 10 lbs, and the progression felt smooth and manageable the entire time.
