While I'm not sure how well these work yet (only been taking them a day or so) I like the capsule as oppose to the hard tablet. I will say this.... They provide ME with a decent amount of energy which is a BIG difference for me. Also it helps push blood in all the right areas (if you know what I mean) rock hard!! So I will continue to buy!
