I started with the lightest one for stretching and now I moved up to the medium one for strength training. They feel very durable and well made so I think they will last a long time without stretching out. I also like the little carry bag that comes with the set. It makes it very easy to keep the bands organized in my gym bag or take them along when I travel. These are a great value for the price if you want to work out at home.
