A: It doesn't have that strong menthol smell, it smells like baby lotion or something like that.

this product provides more relief topically than most everything over the counter product you can buy that does not contain lidocaine or any other "caine", it does have a strong menthol smell, which is only mildly off-putting. i like it better than biofreeze, and aspercreme for my small arthritic joints in my hand/thumb. i would recommend.
