I do not understand how you can be allergic, but not sensitive? I get that you could be sensitive but not allergic. My overall impression is that this testing is merely a gateway to sell you more products based on your results. I think it would have been about the same price just to go get a full allergy panel ran at the doctors office and that info would be much more useful than the results of this test. It's very informative about what I'm sensitive to and what is recommended to eliminate so I can feel better. There's a list of good, moderate and bad for things you're sensitive to.
