A: iJDMTOY (1 12V Horn Wiring Harness Relay Kit Compatible with Car Truck Grille Mount Blast Tone Horns - COMES WITH A RELAY. This one fits all Subaru models.
But harnesses without relay should work as well. I bought it with a relay for better performance and to protect the Hella horns.
PS. Water and humidity will rust the relay connectors. I strongly recommend to apply a small amount of dielectric grease on all connector pins before installing.
