## Description

The ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Neck Pillow Set is an effective and affordable home remedy for muscle discomfort, stress, insomnia and more. The foam bed and thickness of the neck pillow have plastic needles covering thousands of acupressure points. Choose the regular acupressure mat with 8,910 acupressure points or the longer acupressure mat with 11,178 acupressure points. Acupressure therapy activates pressure points along your body’s meridian lines, stimulating and promoting healing. Ideal for muscle recovery during post-workout or during savasana at the end of a yoga session. Acupressure helps release tension in tight areas like the back, neck and feet.. The material is made of 100% cotton and plant-based eco foam which can be hand washed. The regular mat measures 26 1/2 by 16 1/2 inches and the longer version measures 51 by 19 inches. Both pillows are 14 3/4 by 5 3/4 inches. Both mats provide full back coverage while the longer mat provides coverage from the back to the legs which can be more suitable for someone taller and better for a full-body massage session.

## Features

- 100% Cotton

- SPIKE MAT: Referred to as a bed of nails, this acupuncture mat alternative doesn't puncture your skin but rather applies pressure; Among relaxation gifts, this exercise recovery tool helps everyone from athletes to those dealing with sleep issues
- FITTED SUPPORT: The cushioned foam mat covers the length of your back and the foam pillow supports your neck to provide back and neck relief; Remove thick clothing for better pressure point contact
- HIGH-QUALITY MATERIAL: Made of 100% thick cotton and plant-based eco foam, the regular acupressure mat has 8,910 acupressure points between the body and neck pillow; similar to a reflexology mat, this mat can support use on feet as well

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Should I use bare skin or with clothing is it more effective with bare skin?**
A: I started with a very thin t-shirt, even at my neck...that seemed to help but not as much as I had wanted...So then after about a week, I tried it on my neck bare skinned and I felt like it worked better. Another 2 days later I tried it on bare skin on my back too, and it's wonderful that way. Hope this helps.

**Q: Can you remove the foam and wash the covers of the mat and pillow?**
A: I just throw mine in the tub, both mat and foam together along with some liquid body soap and let it wash itself. Then I let it air dry on the side of the tub.

**Q: Is the cover removable?**
A: Yes, the cover is removable. There are two velco strips at one end. You can take the foam strip out and clean it too if you want. I have had the mat for two years and have never removed the cover.

**Q: Can the pillow be used for your lumbar section as well?**
A: Yes. I use it for lumbar more than my neck. I tend to use the "pillow" by itself for this use.
