We have tried various makes and types without success, always seeming to awake after disturbed sleep and with aches to neck and shoulders. We have noticed how well we always sleep when away on holiday in Spain and began to realise that the Spanish use a narrower softer pillow than what we are used to in the UK. So seeing these pillows on desertcart we decided to give them a try. What a great success! I can't explain the science behind it, but both my wife and I sleep like logs and awake refreshed and pain free after changing to these pillows. My wife has an old back and neck injury which always caused her discomfort in bed, not anymore. We have now bought more of these pillows for our guest bedrooms and will never go back to the traditionally shaped pillows of old. Highly recommended!! Review: Good pillow but would prefer it a bit firmer - Use this for under my legs at night and it’s perfect, not as good as one I had used on holiday in Iceland as that was quite a bit firmer but still a great pillow. ## Features - Continental pillow measures 40cm x 80cm.
