Thank you for your question. The wood is heat treated but we recommend applying a layer of a clear/non toxic wood preserver to the exterior for a longer life.

Thank you for your question. The slide comes as standard so the product can't be purchased without it.

**Q: Does the roof have felt on it?**
A: No it doesn't have felt on it and it doesn't stop the rain so we had to put felt on it ourselves

**Q: Can the slide be attached either side?**
A: Yes. Both steps and slide screw in. I've done it like the picture though

Easy build, we did it with 2 of us. Ideal as you can paint and style however you want. My daughter has had this for a year now and she loves it, she plays in it all the time. it's kept well in the weather too. Only point is might be worth adding a some roof felt to help keep water out but still good the way it is. Very happy with it. Great quality for a great price!!!

This was easy to assemble, we did it with one adult & one teenager in around 1 hour( we weren’t rushing) I painted it with shed paint and covered the roof with a clear plastic sheet as its a home for my rabbit and i wanted it 100% waterproof, i did not purchase the floor as its on paving flags and feel it will be easier to clean without. It feels solid, I added a bolt as there is no lock provided to make it Secure. Love the perspex windows and it looks great in my garden. Its a good size home for my rabbit but you could easily fit a few little children inside to play instead, i would recommend and feel sturdy and its good value for money.

This is a fantastic little cabin for a young child. It's very easy to put together due to excellent instructions. It's does however need a floor and roofing felt if you want to keep it dry inside. We also painted the outside with a good quality shed paint to seal the untreated wood. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Extra money needs to be spent to make it last.
