I can and do wear it at nite, all nite I think it helps correct plus with tape it’s not too slippery during those late nite b-room trips and no itchy Velcro edges, super easy to get on and off. No pinching .. and best of all the ONLY thing I have found ( and believe me I been lookin hard!
