Review: Outstanding splash(es), well worth the money. - Splashes can be as personal as snare drums many times. Everyone has their own specific needs in regards to them. I have amassed a large collection ranging from Classic Zildjian's, A Customs, Sabians, and Meinl's. All of them do have their place, but I am shifting to a cleaner (all brilliant) finish line up and wanted to try a few of the Paragons. For a clean, sharp, and brilliant sound, these EXCEL. They are just as good live, or mic'd. Picked up both the 8" and 10" and they play perfectly against each other. Similar qualities, different tones so that quick hits between them works flawlessly. Don't buy them because Neil's name is on them, buy them for their incredible sounds.
