Need to order a longer one because the one provided is not long enough.** A: You can see on the terminal it goes up to 6 gauge, I would assume that it's 8, or 6 gauge. Hard to tell without opening the the sheath and using a wire gauge. It's also CCA (copper clad aluminum), I wouldn't trust it to handle > 40 amps constant load.
