Review: Fits well and it works - I bought this adapter to enable me to use some Nikon F lenses I had laying around. I have take couple of test shots in the last 2 days and it works. The only 2 down sizes is that I can’t use the autofocus and control my aperture. I have been using a lens with aperture ring so I control it manually and have to focus manually which is not recommended for fast action shots but only for control shots.

I bought this adapter to enable me to use some Nikon F lenses I had laying around. I have take couple of test shots in the last 2 days and it works. The only 2 down sizes is that I can’t use the autofocus and control my aperture. Bought this adapter for my Nikon z5. I have several F mount lenses that I really want to use from my F2 to this Mirrorless. When it arrived the sticker seals on the side of the packaging was already broken and when I looked at the actual adapter it had minor scratches on it indicating that it was already used. Nonetheless I was still willing to try it on my Z5 only to then find that , it does not mount at all. It does not lock and the only orientation that it fits best, is not locked and has a gap as shown on the video. You are better off just purchasing a different third party adapter or just purchasing the more costly FTZ adapter from Nikon.
