But not for a night's sleep, as I can't sleep all night on my back. Half the night maybe, but not 8 hours straight thru. When I sleep on my sides the rest of the night, this pillow is not manoeverable because even using 4.5 lbs out of 13, it's still too heavy. I still plan on keeping it for a spare room, so my review is mixed. What I need it for is to get my ears out of play.
